Individual Coaching Sessions: · 60 minute individual coaching sessions with leaders · Focused on development of leadership skills, leadership coherence across the system and embedding of skills aligned to practice model and new way of working Group coaching sessions: · 90 minute group coaching session with leadership group · Suggested group: management group of new integrated team (TL, AP’s, Children’s Professionals) · Focused on leadership coherence with a new way of working, leading through change and leading a multi-disciplinary team · Each session will explore successes, challenges, self (what they’ve recognized about themselves as leaders in this new way of working and what that means for the leadership group), others (what they’ve noticed in others, including others in the leadership group in order to develop enhanced working relationships and improve practice), and agreed actions Reflective sounding board/critical friend sessions · 2 hour sessions to support and enable the intended organizational change with new integrated team and leadership development · Regularity to be determined by BBC Development and delivery of leadership training program · Develop leadership program and training material · Deliver leadership program in person (7 full days) for up to 20 people for each cohort
