GB-London: Evaluation of the LGA Debate Not Hate campaign

Tender description

The LGA are seeking to appoint a provider to carry out an evaluation of the Debate Not Hate campaign. The objectives of this commission are to: • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the campaign against the stated campaign objectives, including impact on relevant target audiences where possible. • Identify unintended outcomes and propose a set of options for the campaign going forward, taking into account recent developments as set out in the recent context section. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
