Contract for Swansea Guildhall – Chiller Replacement

Tender description

The works comprise the replacement of the roof plant chiller,serving various zones of the Guildhall and removal of the ground floor chiller and associated plant. The work also encompasses changes to the chilled water primary distribution system and secondary circuit pumps. In order to facilitate this chiller refurbishment a number of specialists/sub-contractors shall be required for the following;Electrical servicesControlsBuilders WorkSteel worksLifting/crane services and all other works relating to this contract.The contractor will be required to provide all necessary builder`s work details and wiring diagrams to enable the other trades to carry out the relevant works.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. You can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box.3.
