Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) manage land on behalf of Scottish Ministers and serve as part of the Environment and Forestry directorate of the Scottish Government.The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre is located within the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, part of Forestry and Land Scotland’s Central Region. A key Visitor Centre within the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, The Lodge welcomes over 200K visitors a year and features self-guided walking trails, nature play, cycle paths, a wildlife viewing hide and “wildlife room”, visitor centre and café, as well as being home to one of the award-winning Go Ape zip-line courses. The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre also has a small private function facility on site, known as the Lodge Activity Hub.The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre offers a first class visitor experience and has consistently maintained a five star rating with VisitScotland for several years; a clear, reliable sign of exceptional customer service and high-quality facilities. Additionally, as part of Forestry and Land’s commitment to environmentally friendly and sustainable principles, the Lodge is also Gold Member of the Green Tourism certification programme.We require a biomass supplier to supply woodchip fuel at The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre, Aberfoyle, FK8 3SX.
