Conwy County Borough Council [CCBC] require a Structural Engineer to undertake duties including design of building foundations, storm and foul drainage systems, external landscape base and sub base. Co-ordination with Architectural and Building Services Designs. Supervision of SIP frame structural design [SIP frame design by others]. The incorporation of structural base connections into substructure design. Integration of the new design into existing buildings, landscape and infrastructure.Undertake Drainage Engineer services including inspection of existing and design an integrated drainage system for surface and foul water. Undertake a SuDs design and submit the design through the SAB process.
