Trivallis Roofing and Solar Requirement

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake re roofing construction works and solar installation to 1 block of flats, a sheltered accommodation complex and 43 properties along with all associated works. Additionally, included in the requirement is the delivery of wellbeing initiatives.The associated elements include, but shall not be limited to;a: Site management & co-ordination, (Main Contractor)b: Roofingc: Solar installationd: General building works.e. Electrical worksThe works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of Rhondda Cynon Taff.Bidders should note that the buildings will be fully tenanted by Trivallis residents and leaseholders and will remain in their properties during this time.This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.We particularly welcome responses from small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).Trivallis have nominated the contractor GB Sol to undertake the installation of Solar panels. The successful contractor is expected to liaise with and project manage the GB SOL relationship to ensure effective delivery of the requirement.
