Tender description
The Domestic Retrofit One-Stop Shop is one element of the larger Local Energy Advice Demonstrator (LEAD) project for which SCC have won a Government Grant funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) and administered by the Greater Southeast Net Zero Hub (GSENZH). The procured organisation will act as the delivery partner and managing agent for the service, bringing experience in all facets of an end-to-end service including customer handling, coordination of works and, ideally, quality assurance. They should also preferably have experience in managing and vetting a network of trusted retrofit assessors, coordinators, installers and contractors, as well as be open to developing the local supply chain in Surrey.
