St Helens Borough Council currently run and use an in-house built fleet management system. This fleet management system is no longer being developed by St Helens Borough Council. St Helens Borough Council are looking to procure a software platform to assist in the management of all fleet activities for vehicles and plant. We would like to take the opportunity to do some `soft market testing’ as outlined, to determine current interest levels in the market.
