Tender description
This is a two stage tender, initially we are running a qualifying stage where only successful tenderers will be invited to second stage. We seek to appoint a works contractor to deliver the restoration of the South Slopes. The works consist of: - c 40% Civils - c 30% Landscaping - c 20% Restoration / Masonry Repair work - c 10% M&E
