Provision of Baby Boxes

Tender description

Hartlepool Family Hubs are seeking tender submissions from a suitable provider to supply baby boxes for vulnerable pregnant women in Hartlepool as part of the Family Hubs Programme. \r \r The provider will provide Baby Boxes to pregnant women, prior to the estimated delivery date, for women referred to their service by an appropriate health professional.
