Phase 1 Works (re-advertised with revised scope) at Victoria Barracks, Albany Road, East Cowes

Tender description

The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Suppliers") for the provision of phase 1 works (re-advertised with revised scope) at Victoria Barracks.\r \r The works comprise the internal and external refurbishment of the barracks. This will consist of a new internal layout to include reception, offices, common rooms and staff facilities. There will be a new detached single storey extension to accommodate a plant room, toilet and shower facilities.\r \r The suppliers shall note that this scheme is to be fully grant funded by the Government Levelling up Fund. The total funding available is fixed and the construction works are provisioned at £1.2million.\r \r The term of the contract shall be 30th October 2023 until 15th April 2024.\r \r The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 14.00Hrs on 28 September 2023.\r
