Tender description

The work is for the construction of 200 new build council houses at the site of the former Ayrshire Central Maternity Hospital , Irvine. The houses will be a mix of wheelchair liveable, amenity and general needs. The tender also includes the refurbishment of the gate houses to provide a further 2 homes. Lot 1: The contract will be formed from the SBCC Building Contract with Quantities for use in Scotland (SBC/Q/S/Scot), 2016 Edition.
