The Caledonia Housing Association Group comprising of Caledonia Housing Association, as the parent organisation, and its subsidiary Cordale Housing Association has grown considerably over the last 10 years and now operates across 8 local authority areas which includes: Dundee, Angus, Fife, Perth and Kinross, East and West Dunbartonshire, North Lanarkshire and Highlands. The Group has over 5,500 social rented properties and provides factoring services to over 2,200 owners in these locations. The Group consists of two Registered Social Landlords (RSL’s), Caledonia and Cordale. The principal focus for Cordale is in West Dunbartonshire where it owns over 500 social rented properties. The Group is seeking to appoint an experienced service provider of Security Operations Centre (SOC) Services to support and strengthen the its cyber security arrangements. These arrangements apply across all our areas of operation and are focussed on high levels of ICT security and business continuity, protecting the Association and our customers from cyber risks and threats. The main requirement of this appointment will be to provide a comprehensive SOC service that covers all relevant elements of the Association’s ICT infrastructure, systems and devices. The successful company will be expected to work closely with the Group ICT staff to ensure the effective implementation and ongoing delivery of the SOC service. The Contract will be for an initial period of 3 years and will be subject to 12months renewal option subject to the need of service, funds availability and Supplier’s performance. Lot 1: The service requirement for this Contract include the provision of: UK-based, in-house Security Operations Centre (SOC) Cyber Security Service fully manged by the service provider. 24/7/365 fully Managed Detection & Response (MDR) Cyber Security Service Managed Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) detect, analyse, and respond to security threats. Analytics & Intelligent Reporting. Managed Extended Detection & Response (XDR) Security assessment, threat intelligence & device isolation. Vulnerability management including managed end-point vulnerability scanning. Major incident response for breach detection, compromise and data breach Penetration testing, phishing simulations, security consultancy and security patching
