Tender description
You are hereby invited to submit a price for the provision of Kelvin Grove Primary School's windows & doors replacement. The scope of works involve - Replacement of aluminium windows and door sets throughout the primary school. Contractor to include for scaffolding and skips within submission. Contractor to submit contract programme as part of tender submission. All works to be priced in accordance with the documents issued, if you have any queries please send a message via the NEPO/Proactis portal, or alternatively send an e-mail to the QS EleanorMcManus@gateshead.gov.uk - including for arranging any site visits, visiting without an appointment is strictly prohibited. Award Criteria - 40% price, 40% quality & 20% social value.
