Contract Description: The aim of this procurement is to put in place a contract which covers all Property & Garden Clearances for the period stated. The tender covers works for Repairs & Maintenance (Responsive Repairs) and Planned Works. Please see section E5 for details on how tenderers are evaluated. Period of contract: 12 Month Contract + (3nr 12 month optional extensions): Contract Commencing 1st April 2024 – March 31st 2025 Award Criteria: Baed on 40% Price, 40% Quality & 20% Social Value Tender return date: Before 12 noon on Friday 2nd February 2024. Submissions including upload of all documentation must be COMPLETED BEFORE 12.00 NOON.
