As the University's Campus Connectivity Plan and campus redevelopment continues to progress, the University would like to establish a comprehensive Land & Property Asset Register of existing University ownerships. The Register will allow the University to identify any development constraints and issues at an early stage, before committing to developments. The University is looking to appoint a Legal Consultant who will work with the University to develop the comprehensive Land & Property Asset Register, covering all University ownerships for the Peel campus and the Frederick Road campus, as well as the Crescent Zone.
