Tender description

Sheffield Hallam University has purchased lightning and AV services for graduation ceremonies in November. The University requires the stage to be lit with various settings for the different elements of the ceremony, in addition to microphones at the 2 lecterns and for the musicians and speakers to ensure all audience members can her what is happening on stage. Microphones and lighting change throughout the ceremony, The supplier will be providing staff to manage this and problem solve should any issues occur for the duration of the ceremonies. Additionally, the provider will be working with the venue to ensure access to their lighting systems and emergency lighting. The supplier will be providing the rigging to hold up the lights and a large screen as well as a projector that is hung from the aforementioned rigging on stage. The supplier will be providing the equipment to be able to access the rigging. The supplier will also be providing the staging.
