Tender description

The work to be carried out under this Contract consists of inspection, identification, location and fixing of faults, and remedial works to the electrical installations and electrical equipment testing within various residential, office and commercial properties, over a two year period, with an option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a further three years. The Contractor will carry out electrical testing and will be required to make good any defects recorded from the results of the test and ensure a ‘clean’ certificate is provided to the Associations. All works to be in accordance with the Current Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations. Lot 1: Wellhouse H.A. - EICR Contract Wellhouse Housing Association wish to enter into a contract with a single Main Contractor to undertake their Electrical Safety and Electrical Equipment Testing Contract in Glasgow. Lot 2: Calvay H.A. - EICR Contract Calvay Housing Association wish to enter into a contract with a single Main Contractor to undertake their Electrical Safety and Electrical Equipment Testing Contract in Glasgow.
