Warden Call & Telecare Replacement Works (Analogue to Digital Operation)

Castlehill Housing Association Limited is currently inviting bids from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of replacing existing analogue Warden Call Systems within 4Nr. Very Sheltered Housing complexes. Castlehill Housing Association Limited have an obligation to switch the existing Warden Call Systems within these complexes from analogue to digital, which will align with the Government requirement for BT to switch off all analogue services by 2025. This procurement will be conducted via the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) portal. We will apply a one stage Open procedure. Bidders must self-certify their adherence to the conditions of participation via the SPD (Scotland) in PSC, and may be required to submit Means of Proof before contract award. Bidders must refer to the specific requirements listed in Section III in this Contract Notice when completing the SPD in PCS.
