Reconfigurations and refurbishments, including internal and external alterations, refurbishments and reconfigurations to an existing building as required to adapt it for use as a proposed Police Office and public counter facility. Works shall generally comprise: structural alterations to adapt layout; alterations to external building envelope to adjust / adapt openings; internal alterations to subdivide internal areas and provide proposed layout; replacement of all internal M & E services throughout; internal refurbishments to include replacement of all fixtures and finishes; localised external reconfiguration and hard landscaping.
