Residential and Nursing Long Term Care Call off

In order for Suppliers to participate in this call off, they must first be awarded a framework contract under the Adults Residential and Nursing Framework (AS15180). This call off opportunity will remain live for the whole period of validity of the call off including extension periods (subject to regular reviews as per published tender documents) This call off concerns the award of contracts for the provision of the following service levels: Residential Standard Residential Enhanced Nursing Standard Nursing Enhances Complex Care The Long-Term Care Call Off Contracts are for long term placements to be made into Older Adults Residential and Nursing homes. The majority of placements will be for Older Adults however the Call Off Contract may also include placements for Younger Adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or Physical Health needs where an individual's needs can be best met in an Older Adults home subject to the home having suitable registration for the individual.
