Tender description

GWR would like to appoint a supplier for the provision of supporting two (2) timetable productions each year (known as the Long-Term Plan (LTP)) and have the flexibility to produce smaller timetable productions outside the main two production periods as and when required such at times of engineering works or special events (known as the Short-Term Plan (STP)). This may change to a quarterly requirement in the future, but for the life of this contract term it will remain as above. Lot 1: GWR would like to appoint a supplier for the provision of supporting the production of two (2) railway timetable each year (known as the Long-Term Plan (LTP)) and have the flexibility to produce smaller railway timetable outside the main two production periods as and when required such at times of engineering works or special events (known as the Short-Term Plan (STP)). This may change to a quarterly requirement in the future, But for the life of this contract it will remain as 6 main changes.
