Tender description

Construction of a new Energy Centre, new plant room, switchroom and MV substation, PV, general upgrade of mechanical and electrical infrastructure and services, and civil works associated with the installation of below ground services. It is anticipated that the construction works will take approximately 12 months, commencing in final quarter of 2024. Contractors will be required to comply with the code of practice for inspecting and certifying buildings and works as defined in SINo.9 of 2014 Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014.
