Business Case Champions Network

Tender description

Across the WMCA directorates work to completing business cases is at varying degrees of understanding and have been supported at different levels which can bring this inconsistency, lack of ability to question and work with others and find out areas of good practice in the development of new and emerging projects. This project will focus on the transport directorate and working at a regional level with our local authority partners in assisting with the emergence of a network of business case experts who can act as the 'champions' to those working in the sector. Having this network will bring a culture of 'change' in how we develop business cases by sharing good practices, supporting discussion on problem areas and more directly by conducting training directly with the network members.
