Tender description

Renewal of rotten timber and fascias to flatted three storey blocks and a mix of bungalows, houses and four in a block type properties (31 varying blocks) for a total of 51 unique addresses. The homes were constructed in 2011. Original drawing details are included.The works will include renewing woodwork and overcladding with new PVCU materials as specified in the Bill of Quantities. Bidders will require to site survey to establish individual widths of the individual products as this is a contractor designed portion, overall lengths have been provided. Subject to re-measure as works progress on-site.The works will also include the optional renewal of rainwater goods and includes works to the roof in order to facilitate the renewal of the roofline system. Bidders should site survey to ascertain the proper access system due to the roof designs on some properties, especially the bungalows and three storey flatted accommodation.Bidders should direct any questions through the portal and not directly to CVHA staff.
