Triangle – Outcome star - The Outcomes Star is a family of tools for supporting and measuring change when working with Adults. Staronline is a platform that enables practitioners to complete the outcomes stars linked to the area of their work – In MCiS case this would be adults with Learning disabilities (Life Star) and Adults with Autism (Spectrum Star). Staff are trained to use the outcome star process and paperwork and complete stars to measure and record change particularly around independence and wellbeing. Information can be downloaded into PDF format for service users personal files. Practitioners are licenced to use the platform, and this has an accessible knowledge and resources library. Account Lead can support practitioners with practical elements of the platform dashboard Support for practitioners is offered via the account lead and from triangle staff. Monthly newsletters that are also highlighted via the platform.
