RAD128 - LAND AND PROPERTY VALUATION SERVICES

Tender description

The Contracting Authorities wish to procure a single consultant relating to the valuation of land and property which they may own or may purchase. Pursuant to this Competition, the Contracting Authorities intend to appoint the successful Tenderer(s) to a Contract for a maximum period of two (2) years plus 2 optional extensions subject to satisfactory performance of one (1) year each (2+1+1). Each Contracting Authority will enter into separate and independent contracts. It is envisaged that each Contracting Authority which is party to the Contract will, as the need arises, issue the Contractor with an instruction for services as described in the Scope of Services. The Contracting Authorities reserve the right to issue instructions at any time during the term of the Contract. Scope of Services Valuations may be required for the following development types: Residential – Social Residential – Affordable Residential – Private Residential – Private Rental Residential – Buybacks Residential – Existing Satisfactory Purchases Residential – Off The Shelf Purchases Residential –Packages Deals (Design and Build) Commercial – Sale Price / Rental Office – Sale Price / Rental Revaluations For more information refer to the issued Tender Documents.
