Tender description

The Shared Services Programme (SSP), which is part of Scottish Government Corporate Transformation Directorate, is implementing a new shared service capability for the delivery and management of our corporate systems and services to Scottish Government and existing shared service customers. At the heart of SSP is the move from two legacy Oracle e-Business Suite systems - SG Enterprise Accounting System (SEAS) for Finance and purchasing & the e-HR system for HR/Payroll - to a single, consolidated Oracle Cloud solution supported by standardised processes, policies and a target operating model.
