Tender description

This project entails mechanical upgrading works to the existing heating system in the Primary School Building. The School has two separate boilerhouses and the existing heating centre including boilers, pumps, pipework, controls, etc. in each boilerhouse shall be decommissioned and replaced with a new installation. There is also upgrading works to be carried out to the space heating installation in one area of the Primary School building which involves decommissioning and replacing the existing space heating installation that area of the building. The works involves decommissioning and removing of the existing radiator circuits, radiators and all associated heating services flow and return pipework for the heating services installation in one area of the building and replacing with a new space heating installation throughout. All associated electrical works, mechanical works, building works, preliminaries, etc. shall be included as part of the contract.
