LHP Disabled Adaptations 2024 - 2026 with options to extend upto 2028

Tender description

LHP Disabled Adaptation works including but not limited to full wet rooms, modular ramps, door widening, electrical works for stairlifts etc, garden and extension works to be carried out in the 'Contract Area'. The contract is let on a JTC measured term basis with a 2 year fixed term with 2 x 1 year extension options. There is no volume or workflow guarantee but indicatively it is anticipated that orders for works between £0.01 and £1m per annum will be issued under this contract. This underlying contract is awarded via direct selection from Lot 3A - Adaptation Works (Yorkshire & Humber) of the EN:Procure Framework Agreement Installation, Servicing, Maintenance and Repair Works (GEN4) dated 26th February 2024
