Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of alterations to the existing entrance into Greenisland Football Club & extension of the existing car park. The facility will be located within the grounds of the Greenisland Football Club. The works will include: • Alterations to existing entrance including road widening and traffic calming measures. • New entrance gates • Existing car park extension/alterations, associated ground works & drainage • Provision of new car parking area including kerbing & line marking • New street lighting • Electrical infrastructure upgrade for future development The contract period will be approximately 2 months.
