Electrical Rewiring Works

Tender description

Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint a single contractor (Provider) to carry out electrical rewiring works to Tai Tarian occupied domestic properties, to support the delivery of its capital investment programme.The scope of this Contract comprises of the full and partial property rewires and all associated builders works, including making good and decoration to domestic properties throughout Neath Port Talbot County Borough, to be carried out in accordance with the Specification (Appendix 1) and Preliminaries (Appendix 4), for the Provider’s submitted rates set out in the Price Framework (Appendix 2A) based on the NHF Schedule of Rates for Planned Maintenance Version 8 (Appendix 2B).In addition to this, the Provider may be required to carry out works that are within the scope of the Contract but are not specifically provided for within the relevant Schedule of Rates.
