Design, production & installation of interpretation for Glencoe Visitor Centre

The Trust is inviting Tenders for a comprehensive Design and Build service in respect of interpretation at Glencoe Visitor Centre. Lot 1: The Trust is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced team to work closely with the Highlands & Islands Curator, Glencoe and Glenfinnan Operations Manager and wider project team to take forward key elements of the Interpretation Plan. This project focuses on the Visitor Centre, with complementary interventions in other spaces. The contract is for the design, production, delivery and installation of interpretation. This will involve: - Preparing concept and detailed designs based on the Interpretation Plan. - Undertaking content research and sourcing permissions for graphic, print or AV interpretive elements. - The production of content in English and Gaelic (where appropriate). - The production, delivery and installation of interpretation, including any AV (hardware and software) and interactive elements (mechanical and/or digital). - Liaising with the Glencoe and Glenfinnan Operations Manager to ensure that the installation is fully coordinated with the operational duties of the site. - Providing a user guide for ongoing operations and upkeep of all equipment.
