Design and Supply of a Data Management / Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning System for the OUR Generation Project (PEACEPLUS)

Our Generation (OG) is a cross border, PEACEPLUS project, led by Action Mental Health, which brings together the expertise of 9 Project Partner organisations, namely, Action Mental Health, Donegal Youth Service, Co-operation Ireland, Youth Action NI, Youth Work Ireland, PlayBoard NI, Boys and Girls Clubs NI, Include Youth, and Ulster University. The project will develop and deliver programmes to increase mental health literacy, enhance emotional resilience, build the leadership skills of children and young people and will lead research in mental health and the impact of trauma on our communities. AMH, as Lead Partner, wish to appoint a competent supplier to develop a bespoke data management system, which will support the data collection, analysis and reporting requirements of the project. This will include: - Collection of personal and demographic data on registered project participants. - Management of project activity, including attendance records and evidence of participation. - Administration of evaluation surveys, including use of pre and post scale metrics. - Data analysis functionality, including ability to measure impact / change in participant responses over time. - Setting and measuring of performance against KPIs on a project and partner basis, - Customizable report generation to meet evolving partnership and funder requirements. - 4-year support plan. PEACEPLUS is managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) and represents a funding partnership between the European Union, the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Government of Ireland and the Northern Ireland Executive.
