Tender description

The Corporate Capital Strategy agreed in February 2019 included the adoption of the Property Asset Strategy. The Council’s approach to managing the portfolio is set out in the Property Asset Strategy, which is the formulation of a Plan, with supporting policies and processes, that aligns the Council's property assets with the strategic direction, aims and missions of the Council. The focus is on using assets to optimise support of evolving service delivery, the preservation of asset value, the reduction in revenue spend, and the optimisation of income revenue and capital receipts.
