1441 Provision of Graduation Dress Hire and Photography Services to De Montfort University - AWARD

Tender description

De Montfort University ("the University") requires the combined services of full Academic Dress Hire Services and Photography and Framing Services for all graduation ceremonies, incorporating academic robes for members of staff of the university attending graduation ceremonies and all graduands. DMU proposes to enter into Contract for an initial period of three years, from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2024. There will be the potential for two extension periods of one further year each, subject to satisfactory performance, continuation of funding and business need. The maximum total duration of this contract is therefore five years.
