Vote Election Management

Tender description

A ratification voting service to administer and report a vote to ratify from 4 up to 20 new/2nd term sector council member appointments. There will be between 1 and 5 to be ratified in each sector - Beef & Lamb; Pork; Dairy; Cereal & Oilseeds. There will need to be four separate sector vote streams, run simultaneously across four separate sector Councils. We estimate that up to a third of voters will be eligible to vote across more than one sector. The voting platform(s) will need to be able to host a photo and short biography of each candidate along with some general contextual text about the Sector Council, who's being replaced, and the skill sets being sought. Of those registered to vote (currently c.10,000), 12% did so when this was run as a stand-alone process in 2023. These simple sector council member ratification votes will be run in Autumn 2024, 2026 and 2027.
