Tender description

To seek a 2-year call off agreement with a supplier with specialist knowledge and filming resources in order to produce high-quality videos to be embedded in TEL's elearning programmes. Project Scope: The supplier will be responsible for the overall project management, planning, and scheduling of the filming. This includes: • Seeking a suitable location and undertaking a recce to ensure that it is suitable for filming. • Finding suitable actors and voiceover artists. • Providing the services of camera operators, editors, scriptwriters, and audio engineers. • Overseeing the filming process through a producer and a director . • Undertaking post-production editing to ensure that the videos are suitable to be embedded in elearning and online learning materials.
