The aim of the project is to undertake repairs to the external building fabric including roofs, external walls and internal structure to make the structure safe, wind and weathertight by appointing a contractor to carry out the specified works. Lot 1: The property, known as The Wedgwood Institute, is located on Queen Street, Burslem, Stoke on Trent. The property is a grade II* listed building and is located within the Burslem Conservation Area. The building is currently on the Historic England Heritage At Risk Register with its condition described as "Poor". The aim of the project is to undertake repairs to the external building fabric including roofs, external walls and internal structure to make the structure safe, wind and weathertight.
