Tender description

In 2017 RCAHMW initiated a review to replace their data management and delivery system, resulting in the development, from 2019 of their current platform, which went live in 2021. This delivers Coflein, the public front end of the databases and associated digital assets held in the National Monuments Record of Wales.As this system is now 5 years old from its inception, The Royal Commission wishes to undertake an evaluation of the platform to ascertain it’s continued effectiveness, value for money, and ability to deliver development aspirations; and to assess if there are viable alternative options for future delivery.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=143439.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
