Tender description

AI Software and associated services for the purpose of research and development. To help provide coherence and scalability across defence, this Business Case seeks to place a new contract with headroom (non-committed) value of £2M to test cases through FY24/25. Use of Regulation 16 under the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011. The Justification is founded on the following grounds: - DSPCR 2011 Regulation 16 (1) (a) (iv) - Research & Development: for purchases or hiring goods for research, experiment or development. As per regulation 16(1)(d)(ii) of The Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011 - the Authority may request for an extension of this agreement for the services provided under the original contract. We reserve the right under this regulation not to compete for this extension of the same services.
