Provision of Maternal Medicine Credential

Tender description

NHS England is seeking to commission a partner to deliver a 12-month training programme leading to a diploma in obstetric medicine for physicians and physician trainees and to administer the programme. The programme will support trainees based in the specialist maternal medicine centres being rolled out by NHS England. Bidders will need to have in place (or have access to) a tested curriculum in obstetric medicine in order to be considered. This tender is being run as a below threshold procurement under the Light Touch Regime. NHS England is intending to award a contract for an initial period of 24 months with the option to extend by up to a further 12 months. The maximum financial envelope for entire contract length (36 months) is £150,000 (exc. VAT).
