Provision of an Online Grant Application and Award Management Software solution

Tender description

The Environmental Protection Agency invites expressions of interest in relation to a single-party framework agreement for the Provision of an Online Grant Application and Award Management Software solution consisting of: • The application technology (including business and non-business functionality) and the EPA designed application itself is based on low code/no-code technologies. • The hosting of the application if separate from the application technology (i.e. it must be a SaaS solution but does not have to be a pure SaaS solution). • The design and implementation of the application, to meet EPA business requirements, with the provision of hyper-care for a defined period. • On-going application development and operational support for the implemented application • Redesign and development of application to meet future requirements, including the incorporation of new technology
