Tender description

This market sounding exercise is being undertaken to obtain the view of potential contractors in the market place to inform our procurement process and proposed strategy. The Council is looking to procure a framework of 4 contractors to undertake re-roofing works to housing properties. Spend is anticipated to be in the region of £3.5 million per annum from April 2025, for 4 years.
