Tender description

Perth & Kinross Council were seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) contractor to carry out surveys and provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) in the region of 6300 domestic properties throughout Perth & Kinross before 21 July 2028. The Contractor will also be responsible for contacting and arranging appointments with tenants. The contractor shall provide PKC with a copy of all survey data. Lot 1: Perth & Kinross Council were seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) contractor to carry out surveys and provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) in the region of 6300 domestic properties throughout Perth & Kinross before 21 July 2028.
