Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust (PCFT) is looking to establish a new Patient Transport and Taxi Service for all Trust sites. This will be a multi lot contract. <br/><br/>Lotting Structure:<br/>Lot 1 – Stockport – Approx value GBP £54,000.00<br/><br/>Lot 2 – Tameside – Approx Value GBP £53,500.00<br/><br/>Lot 3 – Bury – Approx Value GBP £76,750.00<br/><br/>Lot 4 – Oldham – Approx Value GBP £109,500.00<br/><br/>Lot 5 – Rochdale – Approx Value GBP £47,700.00<br/><br/><br/>PCFT would like to invite any taxi suppliers to participate in a pre-market engagement session. <br/><br/>Location – Pennine Care Trust Head Quarters, 225 Old Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL67SR.<br/>Date – 5 September 2024 <br/><br/>We would like you to prepare a presentation to demonstrate your suitability of the contract and ask us any questions to understand our requirements. The below questions should help form the context of your presentation along with any other information you feel relevant.<br/><br/>- Do you have previous experience working on any NHS contracts or with other mental health organisations? <br/>- Do you have any references/testimonials from any other healthcare contracts?<br/>- What areas across Greater Manchester do you provide services in?<br/>- Can you provide national bookings across the country (starting in the lotted locality)?<br/>- What is the total size of your fleet?<br/>- How many WAV within your fleet?<br/>- What percentage of your fleet is Electric, Hybrid, Euro 6 standard? What percentage do not meet the Euro 6 standard?<br/>- Do you have a business plan to transition over to full electric vehicles? <br/>- Do you currently have any of your own sustainability initiatives?<br/>- What Data reporting information can you provide for each trip on invoices? <br/>- What booking options are available 24/7?
