The HEA invite candidates to tender in respect of an Office Fit out of the fourth floor of Building Three, Shelbourne Buildings, Ballsbridge for the Higher Education Authority. The fit out comprises of building works, associated M and E and ICT works and furnishings, equipping the floor with workstations, meeting rooms and social areas. The vacated floor is currently finished to Shell and Core standard. The approximate gross area of the works is 600 sqm.
