Tender description
This is an Intended Approach Notice to award a contract using the Most Suitable Provider Process for the provision of General Medical Services at St John's Surgery (main practice site at Terrington St John and branch site at Terrington St Clement).<br/><br/>Please note the deadline for expressing an interest to be considered as the Most Suitable Provider is 12:00PM (Mid-day) on 13th August 2024. Lot 1: Provision of primary medical services and other services in accordance with the provisions of the NHS Standard General Medical Services Contract.<br/><br/>The actual patient list size as of 1st April 2024 is 6, 484 (weighted 7, 443.11) with an annual contract value of £759,825.<br/><br/>As a result of this MSP Process, a General Medical Services Contract will be awarded to the successful Provider and will be held in perpetuity by qualified general medical practitioners. The current contract for the Services will end on 31st March 2025 and as a result the successful Provider is expected to be fully operational, providing services from 1st April 2025.
