Halifax Town Hall - Heating Manifold Replacements

Tender description

The Borough Council of Calderdale invites you to submit a Quote for Halifax Town Hall, Halifax - Heating Manifold Replacements. The purpose of this works is to replace 2 existing heating system manifold headers with new, to include new isolation valves and the option of actuator valves to improve the overall control strategy. The works will also enable isolation of the various heating zones around the building which is currently not feasible due to the age and condition of the existing valves. Please see the schedule of works for the full list of requirements. The appointed contractor is expected to deliver the project to prescribed timescales and quality as outlined within the tendering information. Halifax Town Hall is a "live" council office and should not be hindered or disrupted in any way by these works. An accompanied site visit is a condition to tender and site visits will be made available via the messaging portal.
