For the Provision of Graffiti Removal and Deep Cleaning Services for Oldham and Rochdale

The Councils require the Contractor to provide a graffiti removal and deep cleaning service within the Oldham Council and Rochdale Metropolitan Borough. (Both Oldham Council and Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council will be referred to as the “Council”). The highly successful contractor will demonstrate: - • a highly developed understanding of all aspects concerning deep cleansing and graffiti removal; including experience of work to sensitive / listed structures. • a track record of delivering high quality professional services in the public realm; and • a socially engaged approach with a real commitment to the community and its environment.
